Balance between preparation and gameplay!
Join our 360 Sports 3v3 Hoops Skills League, where young basketball players receive professional coaching to prepare for competition. Over four weeks, players will improve their skills and game strategy, followed by a tournament with at least three games. This program enhances essential skills like ball-handling, shooting, passing, and defense in a fun, competitive setting. You will constantly be challenged in the most competitive group, whether a beginner or an advanced player.
The skills academy and league play are led by fully engaged coaches prioritizing structure, learning, and fun!
Program Highlights
Skill Development: Participants will use targeted drills to enhance shooting, ball-handling, passing, and defensive techniques. Coaches will provide personalized feedback to help players identify strengths and areas for improvement.
Game Situations: Athletes will practice in game-like scenarios to build their ability to make quick decisions under pressure and improve their situational awareness.
Team Concepts: Teamwork is essential in basketball. Our academy will include activities focused on offensive and defensive strategies, fostering collaboration among players and helping them understand their roles within a team.
Conditioning and Fitness: A dedicated program segment will emphasize strength, agility, and endurance training to ensure athletes have the physical attributes to support their skills.
Expert Coaching: Our experienced coaches bring a wealth of knowledge and a passion for developing young athletes. Their mentoring will nurture both the technical and psychological aspects of the game.
Competitive Environment: Players can showcase their skills in scrimmages and friendly competitions, allowing them to apply what they’ve learned in real-game situations.
League Details
Divisions
2nd/3rd, 4th-6th
Multiple divisions may be created to ensure balanced teams and gameplay between the above grades.
Evaluation Process
Players will be evaluated at their first league session to determine team placement to create the most balanced and competitive teams.
Younger players who test at a similar level as older divisions will be moved up.
